Thursday, July 23 evening: ‘Gup-Shup Ki Shaam’: An informal meet and greet/open mic at the Hilton, lubricated with drinks and fueled with food.
Friday, July 24 morning: A thoughtfully designed, well-rounded CME
Friday, July 24 evening: ‘Down Memory Lane’: Dinner and entertainment at a historic Minneapolis venue, planned as a nostalgic journey back to our years of association with MAMC.
Saturday, July 25, morning: CME, followed by GBM
Saturday, July 25 evening: Gala dinner with glitz and glamor galore at the grand Hilton ballroom.
Sunday, July 26 morning: Breakfast and Bye-byes

A limited sampling of things to do in Minneapolis:
- Walk the Mississippi riverfront, Gold Medal Park, Mill City Museum, Guthrie Theater Cantilever river look out, Stone Arch Bridge, St. Anthony Main St.
- Mill City Farmer’s Market by the Guthrie theater on Saturday morning
- Minneapolis Sculpture Garden with the iconic Spoonbridge and Cherry and other masterpieces.
- Take a short Uber ride to run/walk around the Chain of Lakes: Lake Harriet or Bde Maka Ska or the Lake of the isles. Rent a paddle boat, canoe or kayak or bikes at the lake front.
- Visit the fantastic (and free!) Minneapolis Institute of Art
Feel free to explore Minneapolis’ twin city of St. Paul and attractions in the metro area including the famous Mall of America, the huge Lake Minnetonka, Paisley Park (Prince’s home and museum) or the Minnesota Arboretum.
Please note that convention fees will be fully refundable until December 31st, 2025. Hotel reservations can be canceled or changed up to 48 hours prior to arrival with no penalty. If canceling within 48 hours prior to arrival, a one night stay amount will be charged.
